I’m a driven and motivated administrative professional with several years of experience, currently taking the next steps in my career journey by completing my BSBA degree in Digital Marketing and Analytics at Shippensburg University.
My creative passion has always been a driving force, and this new chapter allows me to blend my previous employment skills with the marketing landscape. As a lifelong learner, I am eager to embrace this opportunity to deepen my knowledge and make a meaningful impact in the creative and diverse field of marketing.
Career Journey & Education
I am a non-traditional student returning to school to fulfill a long-held desire to complete my bachelor’s degree. While my career has primarily been in administration, my passion for creativity dates back to high school, where I began by designing advertisements for my father's business.
Highlights
Write the Ship - Published Research Article
For many years, my experience as an eBay reseller inspired me to write a research article for Marketing 205 on eBay's repositioning and revitalization over the years. My article was selected for publication in the annual Shippensburg University undergraduate academic journal.
Psychology Office Graphic Skills
Although my official title at Shippensburg University is Data Clerk 2, I've utilized my graphic design skills to enhance the new allocated space by creating and installing appealing new signage. Additionally, I designed a special graduation "chocolate" bar exclusively for our Psychology students to celebrate all their hard work and success.
Social Media, Design and Content Creator
In 2015, when my close friends opened the Sky-Vu drive-in theatre in Gratz, PA, I had the opportunity to expand my social media skills by managing a significant part of their online presence. I was also entrusted with designing much of their media content and the interior graphic design for the building.
